Went in on my lunch break because I had an issue starting my car up this morning. They ran tests on my battery, advised me that I shouldn't replace it just yet as it was fairly new, just needed some cleaning to remove the corrosion build up. Best of all, they finished everything up in less than 20 minutes AND it was free of charge. Excellent customer service :) I am very appreciative!

Excellent service from Knights Auto Repair! I called to explain my car's issue (no start, no crank). They discussed potential causes over the phone and requested the car for a thorough inspection. After towing my car with a note detailing the problem and my contact information, they contacted me the same day with potential diagnoses. To prioritize cost-effective solutions, we began with the least expensive option. In the end, the issue was a shorted Fusible Link, which was promptly ordered and replaced. The turnaround time was impressively quick, and the pricing was reasonable. Highly recommend!

Jeremy is a Great Guy and Great Mechanic! I was a customer of his when he had his shop in Lilburn. I have no qualms about driving from Lilburn to his new shop because I know our vehicles will be repaired properly at a reasonable rate. The nice part of dealing with Jeremy is you are dealing with him. You won?t be dealing with a new assistant manager of the month like you would at any franchise or chain repair places! Nor will there be any coupons or coupon codes to lure you in. It is pretty simple discuss, diagnose, repair and pickup ! Plus, I have never had any surprises when it is time to pay the bill. Do yourself a favor and give him the opportunity you will be glad you did!

I came to Loganville to visit family and my truck started missing badly. Found Knight on the web called and Jeromy took me right away. It wasn't just a tune up it was catalectic converter! Ouch! Knowing that I was from out of town he actually stayed after hours on a Saturday so that I could get home on time. Jeromy did the work quickly and top notch quality. At 65 yrs. old I can tell pretty quickly if someone is trustworthy, Knights automotive is 'old school' HONEST. It was expensive but I later checked and was told that I got a great price. My mechanic at home gave an estimate of $500 more. In the future I will coordinate my family visits with my auto repair needs. Thank you guys

My 2005 Acura MDX(274K Miles) was having issues with the breaks and AC. Jeremy and his team had replaced my transmission for me before and did a masterful work at a very reasonable cost. Therefore, I took my SUV to him again for breaks, AC, Motor mount, and Wheel Alignment. I picked my SUV on Monday and the SUV drives like brand new. I'm loving my SUV and I'm loving Jeremy(Owner) and his team. Jeremy and his team are wonderful and honest mechanics. I continue referring my family and friends to him. I wish I had met Jeremy early, I will still be driving my Dodge Dakota Truck. Best Auto Mechanic Shop in Metro Atlanta hands down.

Requested a pre-purchase inspection of a truck my son was interested in buying. Jeremy (owner) was very personable and responded to all of my questions. He said he would get the truck right in once it arrived. Given I was 2 hours away and my brother was doing the shuffling back and forth, this was a perk for me. Jeremy responded with a written report and verbally went over his findings as well. All in all, the truck was in good shape for the age/mileage and Jeremy put us in a position to negotiate with the dealer based on his inspection. I would definitely use their services again if needed.

Great experience! I originally was quote a price and the work had to be done. Surprisingly it was fixed in a day! I went in to pay for the job and I was told they found a cheaper way to fix my truck with better parts and that the price owed was a LOT lower and the. He charged me the lower price! What auto shop would work for you and quote you a price and then find a cheaper route and transfer the savings to you? This is the first auto shop in my 40 years that would ever fix my truck and gain a customer for life!!!!!

I have an issue with my car and it always leaves the check engine light on which causes me to fail my emissions even though my car is perfectly fine. I took it to a bunch of big name places that charged me tons of money to fix it just to have it come back on in about a week. Took it once to Knights and he said if it does it again just come back whenever and he'll fix it for free, or come back when it's emissions time and he can fix it quickly and get it ready for FREE. Great service and they work within your budget.
